Police found 22-year-old Matthew Leatham after he called 911 for a ride home. They also found him with some weed, so Matthew was arrested. That's not all that remarkable. What really stood out about Matthew was the Florida-shaped tattoo right smack-dab in the middle of his face. Interesting choice.
