$7.00 doesn't seem like much, but it was enough for 51-year-old Janice Oney of Salisbury, Maryland to take drastic measures. When she didn't get the money she said he owed her, Janice rode off on her bicycle to get a bottle of gasoline, went back, and lit his house on fire. Dang.
