How to Actually Enjoy Your Summer as an Adult | MINISODE

View descriptionShare

Hey lady! This week Terri and Dr. Dom drop in for a quick musing on why making time to enjoy your summer is of high importance for Black women. This year is zooming by and back-to-school ads are already popping up threatening Summer’s freedom with its Fall rhythm and routines. Before we get there make sure you have a Summer to remember! Whether it’s stopping by your local pool to lay out and cool off, taking a hike to get your heart rate up and see the sights, or planning a tropical vacation, making you time and taking a break from life’s demands is worth your attention.

Lady, you are worthy of rest, pleasure and delight. Make it a point to find all three and more this summer. And, tag us in the photos on Instagram! We want to see how our community is making the most of Summer 2026!
