ADVENTURE WITH ME
Appojey Production.
Hey, team Ganesa, here walking back to the Building Better Humans Project podcast. We've built something powerful here together, and I want to share with you where it all started, what it's really about, and why this matters to me and hopefully why it matters to you too. The Building Better Humans Project started with a simple idea that we're all fairly ordinary people, but with the right mindset, tools, encouragement, and support, were capable of doing extraordinary things. I've seen that play out time and time again in my own life and in the lives of those I've worked with. But the real catalyst for this podcast was I wanted to create a space, a real raw nobs kind of space where people could come to grow, a space where you're reminded that you're not alone, that it's okay to be a work in progress, that you can do hard things, and that you're more powerful than you think. So who I am and why that matters. My background is diverse, but every step of it has fed into this project. I served in the Australian Military as an aviation medical evacuation specialist, operating some of the toughest environments on Earth. I saw humanity at its rarest and I learn what it means to truly show up when it matters. Since then, I've been fortunate to work with elite athletes, business leaders, special forces, everyday people and young dreamers with big goals and plenty of self doubt. And no matter where someone's come from, I've learned this success doesn't happen by accident. Confidence doesn't happen by accident. Belief doesn't happen by accident. They're built just like better humans are built one mindset, shift, one decision, one challenge at a time. And that's what this podcast has always been about. We're not here for the fluff. We're not here to pretend it's easy. We're here to tell the truth about what it takes to live a life you're proud of, and to share lessons, tools and stories to help you get there. And I can promise you this, I'll bring all of me to this podcast, the soldier, the coach, the father, the partner, the dream of the realist, because I don't believe in surface level content. I believe in real conversations, real challenges, and real growth. That this podcast isn't just mine, it's ours. If this show has helped you in any way made you feel stronger, more hopeful, more capable. Then I want to ask you a favor, share it, rate it, review it, and tell someone about it. Because the more people who find this podcast, the more lives we can shift together. And that's not hype, that's impact, that's legacy. By helping build this show, you're a part of the mission. You're helping create a positive, inspiring space where others can find what they need to build their better So thank you for listening, for growing, and for trusting me to be a voice in your corner. I'll keep showing up with honesty, passion, and hard earned lessons from the front lines of performance, leadership, sports, adversity and life. You just keep showing up for you because I truly believe we're all capable of more than we think. Let's keep building better humans.
