And what's wild is that the lessons they live by, the mindsets they embody, they're not just for war zones, they're for life. They're for you and me. So let's unpack a few lessons from these warriors that we can apply to our own mission, whatever that might be. Number One, and this is a favorite of mine. Slowly smooth, Smooth is fast. It's a mantra used in elite units everywhere, and it's all about the calm execution under pressure. When chaos hits. Most people rush, they panic, they overreact. But Special forces operators they slow it down, they breathe, They get precise. Because Russian causes mistakes, and in their world, mistakes cost lives. In your world, it might cost a deal, a relationship, a goal. So here's the lesson. Stay calm, stay deliberate, slow it down, execute with clarity, and you move faster in the long run. Listen to is embrace the suck. It's not pretty, but it's real. Elite soldiers train to get comfortable being uncomfortable. They don't wish the pain away. They lean into it because on the other side of pain is progress. On the other side of stress is strength. Most people run from discomfort. They treat it like a sign to stop. High performers they treat it like a sign to keep going. Discomfort is a signal not to quit, but to grow. Number three to fault, to discipline. In Special Force, there's no room for maybe. They don't rise to the occasion. They fall to the level of their training. And that's the same for all of us. When life hits hard, you won't rise to the moment. You'll fall back to your habits. So the question is are your habits built to support pressure? Are you training yourself daily, mentally, physically, emotionally to be who you need to be when it matters most. Because discipline isn't restriction, it's freedom. Let's number four is one team, one fight. Special Forces never operate as lone wolves. They're a brotherhood, a tribe, and they succeed because of trust. Ego doesn't survive in elite teams, accountability does so. When you're leading a business, a family, or your own life, remember this. You don't do it alone, you do it better together. Choose your tribe wisely, be someone others can count on, and drop the ego at the door. It's a liability, not And the last one number five is the standard is the standard in elite units. There are no shortcuts, no excuses. You either meet the standard or you don't. But here's what's powerful. The standard isn't imposed its own. They hold themselves and each other to the level of that excellence demands. So ask yourself what standards you're living by right now? Are you cutting corners, are showing up with intensity or just with interest Because you don't rise to your goals, your fall to your standards. Here's a wrap up.
