Hey, team glen As are here working back to the building for a Humans Project podcast. Today, I want to share a deeply personal story and it's about my daughter Alyssa Asa and now as a teenager, she's stood on the top of Mount Everest, not once, but twice, becoming the youngest Australian to climb Mount Everest and the youngest woman to summit Mount Everest from both the North and South roots. But this episode isn't just about Alyssa, It's about you because whatever your Everest is, your big, bold, wild goal. I promise you this, you can get there and I can help. But let's go back to the beginning. Alyssa's had a goal that most people would call him possible to summ at Mount Everest, the highest mountain on Earth, and not just once. She was determined to master it. But here's what most people don't see. Before she succeeded, she failed twice two a border at attempts, one turned back by brutal weather, the other by devastating earthquake in Nepal. People would have quit there blame the conditions, said it wasn't meant to be. But not a Lissa, because from a young age. We'd instilled a few things in her that you can't back down from a challenge, that setbacks don't define you, your response does, and that you never ever give up in a dream because it's hard. Now, Melissa wasn't born with a special mindset. She built it, and she built it through consistent habits, mental resilience, and high standards. As her father mentoring coach, I didn't just focus on the physical prep. We trained her mind. We worked on visualization, confidence, breathing under pressure. We broke the climb down into small, manageable winds. Because you don't summit everest in a single leap. You do it one step at a time, just like any big goal. And here's the truth. Climbing everest isn't just about a mountain. It's about the mountain in your life. Maybe your reverest is starting a business, Maybe it's real building after a breakup. Maybe it's losing weight, writing a book, healing, speaking your truth. Whatever it is, the same rules apply. Get clear on what you want, build the right habits, train your mind as much as your body, expect setbacks, and surround yourself with people who hold you to the highest standard. That's what I did for a listen, and that's what I do for my clients now, whether there are lead athletes, business owners, or everyday people chasing big goals. So here's my invitation to you. If you've got a dream, a vision, a goal that matters, I want to help you get there. Just like help the lista someone Everest twice, I want to help you get there too. Reach out to me personally clan at glenaesa dot com or clink the link of the show notes, and let's start building your Everest plan today. Don't let fear, dowt or average thinking hold you back another year. You're capable of more, much more, and you don't have to do it alone. I'm ready, let's climb.
