Being kind most, to the one that matters most -you! This concept has been such a huge part of my own experiences in churning through recent hardships. Being your own coach, your own confidant by writing in a journal or telling yourself in the mirror you love you (don’t worry I am struggling with this one too) are just some ways to gain that important self worth and stepping back into your power.
This one is pretty raw so make sure you too take the time whatever that may be to be kind to yourself, remember taking the step to get some professional support can be overwhelming but I can assure you it helps!
