Over the weekend, Colin Breuer from Champion Aquatics was named to the NISCA Boys One Meter Diving All-American team. Breuer in his senior year was apart of a lot individually and collectively, including winning being on the Express News’ All-Area Team for boys diving.

Texas A&M started their journey to their first ever baseball title in school history. Game 1 was on Saturday, and the Aggies did what the Aggies do- overcoming adversity and beating #1 Tennessee, 9-5. They lead the series… and we go to game 2 on Sunday… the Volunteers said, “Not so fast…” they tied the series with a 4-1 victory. So now we’re tied with the deciding game tonight at 6. 

A tie-back to Boerne in game 2 was Greyhound alum Zane Badmeav getting the start on the mound for the Aggies. He only pitched 1 inning but only gave up 2 hits and retired 2 batters with strikeouts. Not bad for a short outing.

The San Antonio Gunslingers lost on the road to the Northern Arizona Wranglers in late minutes last night, 74-68 was the final score.
