The Boerne Police Department is still investigating a four vehicle crash last week that investigators believe was caused by road rage. According to the preliminary investigation, a white Mercedes sedan was driving aggressively down I-10 early in the morning, and a second motorist began driving erratically in response. Both drivers exchanged hand gestures before the second vehicle lost control, striking another vehicle in the right lane. The initial impact led to a chain reaction involving another vehicle and an 18-wheeler. In total, five vehicles were involved in the crash, with four vehicles sustaining contact damage. Police are seeking information about the driver of the white Mercedes sedan. Anyone with information is asked to call (830) 248-8645.
