Our guest on Bob Tanem In The Garden with Edie Tanem this morning was perennial favorite Cal Agrifolia from the Davey Tree Company.  Davey is an employee-owned certified tree care company with local offices all around the Bay, and Cal is one of those employees: a "sales arborist," Cal is one of the guys that could be dispatched to your property to diagnose your tree issues, and prescribe one of several possible remedies.  Many trees can be saved even when in trouble, and when necessary of course trees can be removed.  We discussed many aspects, including local pest control issues such as the recently newsworthy Glassy Winged Sharp Shooter, and we took calls from our radio audience.
