In 2020, it was announced that he would be appointed as Chair of the Special Broadcasting Service (SBS) Board for a period of five years. He is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Dr Jenny George has returned to her role as Dean of the Melbourne Business School. Previously, she served as CEO of Converge International, a leading Australian health and well-being solutions provider, for over 9 years. She has also served on several boards of a variety of not-for-profit entities.

There are also lots of books called Under Pressure, whether they’re about cooking, sports...performing under pressure (and even a romance novel)! The widespread popularity of this term seems to indicate that everyone, from celebrities to athletes to office workers, feel the pressure of living. How can the Gospel help us make sense of this pressure and handle it well?

Our guest: Andrew Laird works at City Bible Forum in Canberra and directs Life@Work, an initiative aimed at connecting Christian faith with our daily work. He’s also the author of the book Under Pressure: How the Gospel helps us handle the pressures of daily work.
