Anonymous is in his early 50s and has been married to his wife for 20 years now. 

He has been diagnosed with a disease that causes acid refluxes that lead to him choking in his sleep. He spoke to his wife about what to do if this happens while their sleeping but he says there was an instance in which it occurred, however, as he choked, she just looked at him and didn’t assist him.
