It's no secret that a lot of people look at their social media as a chief source of information on just about anything. Some in Gen Z say they trust the money advice they get from YouTube more than they do from actual money experts. It's also true for diet and nutrition. Almost 60 percent of Millennials and Gen Z say they get their health info from TikTok. But, only 2 percent of that advice is worth anything.
