Sam Bashiry is an award winning tech entrepreneur, property developer, mentor and motivational speaker. He is also a renaissance man who defies stereotypes of alpha masculinity to invest in his health, vitality, wardrobe and lifespan with the same level of precision and commitment that has made him a successful entrepreneur.

With his signature determination, vision and a knack for seizing opportunities, Sam’s innovative style has always challenged the conventional business model. He works hard and plays harder. A father, husband, mentor, entrepreneur and philanthropist, Sam Bashiry lives a very full and exciting life.

Sam emigrated to Australia from Iran when he was 10, spent two years living in a detention center and from this point, has focused singularly on building a legacy that includes a hugely successful tech business, Broadband Solutions, co founding a medicinal cannabis business Anodyne, philanthropy, mentorship, a podcast and prolific social media presence. Sam Bashiry radiates energy and pasion. He lives and breathes luxury, but as he discovered in his mid forties, the greatest luxury is energy, cellular wellness and a life well lived. 

I invited Sam to this podcast as I think his story is a remarkable reminder that big boys toys, glamorous holidays and accolades mean nothing without the health and vigour to fully enjoy the spoils of success. He was generous and open in this conversation about his own rituals, what made him change his attitude towards his body and how ageless living is in his DNA.
