We're thrilled to have Greg Macpherson, the founder of SRW Laboratories, which stands for Science, Research and Wellness, as our guest to uncover and harness the 14 Hallmarks of Ageing. Greg is a biotechnologist, futurist, author, and pharmacologist who has dedicated his career to helping people overcome health challenges and achieve their full potential.

Greg's journey started with the founding of one of the first online pharmacies in New Zealand, where he broke down barriers to accessible healthcare. He then turned his attention to the safety of medicine delivery, leading to the formation of the first government-licensed robotic dispensing facility in the country.

In recent years, Greg has focused on biotechnology and understanding cellular ageing, which is the single biggest risk factor for poor health. With hundreds of billions spent on solving age-related diseases without much success, researchers are now turning to ways to delay the impact of ageing on our health. Greg's company, SRW Laboratories, offers a range of nutraceuticals that support cellular health, including customised supplements and a DNAage test kit that measures cellular age. He is also an author on the topic with his latest book Harnessing the 14 Hallmarks of Ageing coming soon.

During our conversation, we discussed Greg's work in helping people reverse their biological age, the role of muscle tone and longevity, and the importance of supplements like NMN in promoting healthy ageing. We also delved into the 14 hallmarks of ageing, the challenge of living longer and healthier, ageism, and the cult of youth.
