The Times Higher Education (THE) World Academic Summit is currently underway in Cape Town, South Africa. This year's summit is exploring how universities can harness different forms of intelligence, including human, artificial and collective intelligence, to help build fairer, more sustainable and future-ready societies. Under the theme "Knowledge, Justice and Futures: Universities in the Age of Intelligence," the summit is examining how higher education institutions can adapt to technological change while responding to emerging challenges and ensuring that artificial intelligence is used ethically and responsibly.
