The World Wildlife Fund say global leaders have a shrinking window to reverse a 73% average decline in monitored wildlife populations. WWF released its Living Planet Report 2026 on Thursday* warning that governments have to stop the nature's collapse and that to reverse the biodiversity finance gap and deforestation, global leaders need to set aside 942 billion dollars for the protection of wildlife.
