The South African Chamber of Commerce (SACC) president Ntho Xulu says although Africa may still be struggling with poor infrastructure, there are many opportunities that can be capitalised on to grow its economies.

Xulu was speaking on the sidelines of the Seamless Africa Conference underway in Johannesburg, South Africa.
