The Special Representative of the United Nations Secretary-General and Head of the United Nations Mission in South Sudan (UNMISS) recently visited Malakal, the capital of Upper Nile State, where communities continue to face conflict, resource shortages and climate-related shocks.
The visit focused on listening to affected communities and understanding their priorities and concerns.
Thuto Ngobeni has the report.
