The 9th Biannual World Conference of the International Forum of Teaching Regulatory Authorities began on Wednesday in Johannesburg, South Africa. It is held under the theme, "Strengthening the Teaching Profession and Teaching Councils". Matters relating to teacher professionalism, regulation, ethics, innovation and the future of education systems are being deliberated in the three-day conference.
The Africa Federation of Teaching Regulatory Authorities- believes countries from Africa can share their best practices with others and equally benefit from other regulators from across the globe.
