లొక్డౌను నేపథ్యం లో రైతులు తమ తమ పంటలు ,కూరగాయలు వంటి వాటిని వినియోగదారుల కు చేర్చే క్రమం లో ఎదుర్కొంటున్న అనేక సవాళ్లు ,వారికి ఇవ్వాల్సిన లేదా ఇస్తున్నామని చెబుతున్న వెసులుబాటు చర్యల ఆదేశాలను అధికారులు క్రింది స్థాయి అధికారుల కి చేరి సరిగా అమలుపరిచెలా చర్యలు ప్రభుత్వాలు తీసుకోవాలని సూచించారు. అంతే కాకుండా ప్రభుత్వం తాము ప్రవేశపెట్టిన సంక్షేమ కార్యక్రమాలను వినియోగదారుల కోణం లోనే కాకుండా రైతుల కోణం లోంచి చూసి సరైన వేగవంతమైన చర్యలు చేపట్టాలన్నారు. రానున్న మూడు వారాలు కీలకం వ్యవసాయ పరంగా.అదీగాక వ్యవసాయం కూడా అత్యవసరసేవల క్రిందకు వస్తుంది.
