Meet Rainbow from Niagara Dog Rescue! He hasn't had the easiest life, coming from living on a chain outside in Manitoba, being attacked by other dogs. However, this pup is ready to love again. His foster's comment that you can really tell Rainbow has learned that he is safe and can leave that past life behind. He does well with slow introductions to female dogs and submissive male dogs.
