HTZ HOUNDZ: Adoptable Dog of the Week - Bentley

Saved from life on the streets as a stray in Kentucky, this lucky pup now finds himself in a foster home with Niagara Dog Rescue, in search of a forever home. He is a 2 year old Dutch Shepherd/ Dingo mix. I didn't even know dingo's existed outside of Australia and Seinfeld jokes!

While shy at first, this guy is a friend to all. Adults, kids, other dogs, he even doesn't seem to mind the cat in his foster home right now. We are trying to find him a home with older kids though, as loud noises and sudden movements can spook him. 

Bentley has already attended his first training class, where he learned the basics like sit, down and place. He is very smart and active, and would benefit from continued training with his new owners. He'd even love to have another dog in the home to play with, but it's not necessary.
