CTV News / 580 CFRA Debate Prep

CTV Ottawa and Newstalk 580 CFRA will host a mayoral debate this coming Wednesday, which will feature the Top 4 polled candidates. It will be moderated by CTV newsanchor Patricia Boal and air on the CTV Ottawa website, Newstalk 580 CFRA, and on CFRA’s YouTube page. Ahead of that debate, City In Review picks the brain of debate expert Barry J. McLoughlin, who is also the President of Transformational Leadership Consultants. We examine how candidates prepare for these showdowns, and understand the potential impacts these debates can have on the final results.

Candidate Corner

City In Review has been speaking to, and profiling, as many of the 14 mayoral candidates as possible before the October 26th election. This week, candidate and OC Transpo employee Ali Shayvand introduced himself and discussed his reasons to run for Mayor.
