But what about the system as a whole? According to Rick Leary, he thinks the problems associated with Ottawa’s LRT aren’t fundamental flaws. He says none of the recent issues that we’ve seen with our trains – such as spalling on wheels and axels – are not unique to our city. Overall, he argues that we are set up pretty well for positive results going forward. Does that fall in line with what the front-line members believe?
