Well, after clearing one major hurdle this week, they have at least generated a serious conversation with Ontario’s biggest city leaders. It also comes at an awful time for online shoppers, with Black Friday and Christmas fast approaching. We deliver the bigger picture with the help of Rafael Gomez, a University of Toronto professor who teaches lessons on labour relations and various bargaining processes.
