Karabo’s Running Era


Okay, so I’ve officially entered my running era! I’m taking on the Balwin Run Series on the 20th, which means we’ve got exactly one month to get me ready for #KarabosBigRace. 

Now, I’m not just going to wake up and start running without a plan, so we’ve brought in a running coach to help me prepare properly, build my fitness and, most importantly, make sure I’m
training safely and sustainably.

So, if you’ve ever wanted to get into running or you’re preparing for your own race, hopefully you can learn a thing or two with me along the way!
