We're delighted to be joined by Matt Crooks on the latest episode of You Are My Boro.

Ahead of his Riverside return for this weekend's Legacy Game, Crooks tells his Boro story, including:

• Why he immediately knew he wanted Boro move
• Playing for Warnock, Wilder and Carrick
• His love for the late Sol Bamba and taking Martin Payero under his wing
• Leaving for the USA
• Living on Teesside amid the madness of last season's play-off final and life as a Premier League player
