Farley Blackman, the CEO of YBF Ventures, is the guest on this episode of People Building Businesses.

Farley has worked in senior management roles in huge companies like GE, Motorola and BP. He took over as CEO of YBF in October 2017 and has overseen huge growth in the past two years with expansion in Melbourne and Sydney.
