Little forms of exercise at night could help you sleep better

A new study says exercising near bedtime won't necessarily ruin your sleep.  Researchers reported that short resistance, three-minute "activity breaks," at regular intervals can help improve your sleep compared to just sitting on a couch.  WWJ's Greg Bowman talked with Detroit Medical Center Sports Medicine Dr. Christopher Cooke.
