Najeeba Syeed (@profnajeebasyeed) is a healer, a scholar, and an award-winning peacemaker. Najeeba is an Associate Professor of Interreligious Education at Claremont School of Theology and director of the Center for Global Peacebuilding. A two-time recipient of the Jon Anson Ford Award for reducing violence in schools and in areas of interracial gang conflicts, Najeeba is widely recognized as a leader in peacebuilding and social justice-based research. Najeeba is a highly sought after advisor that has served as an on-the-ground peace interventionist and facilitated conflict resolution processes for conflicts and controversies around the world.
