There is a new Housing project being developed for the Southside of La Crosse. The developer is  Cinnaire.  The developer just secured a 1 million dollar grant for the project. Empify Health by Gundersen providing the space, via lease for $1. The 40 plus units are for individuals with disabilities. The building is located on 7th street/behind Emplify Health by Gundersen Housing is a huge need in the community.
