The 25th Anniversary of the Safe Haven Law will be celebrated Tuesday at the Indiana Statehouse. Linda Znachko, founder of He Knows Your Name Ministry, says the state's devotion to enhancing the law—most recently extending the surrender period to 60 days—makes it a national model.

Znachko's work focuses on honoring abandoned children, including Baby Haven Grace Hope, whose recent death tragically highlighted the need for more awareness.
