The Franklin Mortgage and Investment Company, a popular “speakeasy” on 18th Street in Rittenhouse Square was a popular and James Beard acclaimed bar in Philly... until it was forced to close during the pandemic. Now, after two years of renovations, it has finally reopened in a new semi-secret location, with a new owner, but with the same creativity behind the drinks.
