Qantas’ Loyalty business has made its biggest acquisition EVER by acquiring a majority stake in TripADeal, an online travel booking company.

Snap Inc, the owner of Snapchat, has had an internal memo leaked which said it will miss its revenue goals for this quarter… and its share price has been smashed.

Meta Australia, the owner of Facebook, paid just $24 million in tax for last financial year, despite earning over $1bn in revenue.
