28 by Sam Wood, the fitness app, has been acquired by Aussie genomics company myDNA in a $50 million USD deal.

 

Woolworths, the South African one (not to be mistaken for the Woolies we know and love) is reportedly looking to flog David Jones… and is getting serious about it with investors.

 

Grindr, the LGBTQ dating app, is planning to go public, making it the third dating giant to go public in the last three years.
