It is a charity that aims to change lives and give hope to those who have served in the ADF. Mates4Mates offers various services to veterans and family members, including clinical exercise interventions provided by exercise physiologists and mental health support provided by psychologists, counsellors and social workers with various health conditions. It is an initiative of RSL Queensland and is actively involved in supporting and rehabilitating ADF veterans.
