Our guest Jill Sheldekar is an intercultural practitioner and has been helping individuals and organizations develop cultural intelligence for nearly a decade. A certified cultural facilitator and trainer, Jill has worked with the Australian Admin Serivices in Melbourne, ICQ Global in the UK, and is currently founder director at Ethnosynth, a coaching and leadership development organization based in Pune supporting companies to build culturally diverse work environments.
