5:00pm            Bar to open, some dinner-only guests will start arriving; slideshow will be playing on the screen, on a loop

5:30pm            Golfers start to trickle in, play music in background

5:45pm            Once 50 golfers Once roughly 50 golfers are in, dinner buffet to open; BMack to talk about auction and highlight some of the larger items etc, guests to visit buffet

6:30pm            Guests urged to find their seats - BMack to do welcome & encourage auction bidding, promote 50/50 tickets and raffle tickets before draw (we will cut off ticket sales at 8pm sharp

7:00pm            Putting Contest finals/winner announcement – give prize to winner (beer fridge full of beer)

7:20pm            Melissa and Ryan to speak (and Julia if she wants to)

7:30pm            Video to be played (10mins) (with sound) – then go back to slideshow on a loop throughout the remainder of the event

7:45pm            Guest speaker Michael Coss – 5-10 mins max

8:00pm            Golf prizes:
