In Episode 32, Stuart invites Tim Nagle back to discuss the Community Workload Management System (CWMS) in relation to the Mental Health Agreement. One of the issues raised during the bargaining process, was that due to the demands on time spent on clinical issues, there wasn’t enough time spent on the non-clinical issues. In the short term this may seem OK, but in the long term it is not sustainable. Stuart and Tim discuss the employer’s obligation to have an implemented CWMS within 12 months, that is not only an agreed model, but also compliant with the provisions in the agreements.
