In this episode of Verdict with Ted Cruz, Senator Ted Cruz and Ben Ferguson discuss the closing weeks of the 2026 midterm elections, analyze vulnerable Republican-held seats and possible GOP pickup opportunities, debate the impact of ranked-choice voting in Alaska, examine controversies involving Georgetown Law and criticism directed at Cruz staff member Ariel Azarod, and review allegations and investigations involving Representative Ilhan Omar that have become part of the national political debate.

Cruz also shares observations from campaigning across the country, including recent stops in Alaska and upcoming appearances in several key battleground states.
