The Orlando Magistrate's Court, in Johannesburg, has released three Operation Dudula members on free bail after they were arrested for demanding identity documents from area locals. The trio was arrested for storming the Lillian Ngoyi clinic in Diepkloof, Soweto, where they demanded that each patient reveal their nationality and produce their identity documents. Day 10 of the TRC Cases public hearings today hear the testimony of two individuals related to Afrikaner Interest group Afriforum. Kallie Kriel , CEO of Afrifirum has asked the Khampepe commission of Inquiry to ensure that the principle of equality before the law is restored by focusing not only on the prosecuted members of the armed forces, but also on all those who have failed to apply for  or obtain amnesty,  including the so-called ANC 37.
