The Road Accident Fund chief executive, Collins Letsoalo, has been placed on special leave. Letsoalo appeared before the Standing Committee on Public Accounts (Scopa) this morning, was suspended  allegedly with full pay.  This emerged before the Standing Committee on Public Accounts when RAF was updating the committee on investigations conducted by the Special Investigating Unit.
