Gauteng's Organised Crime Unit, Sergeant Fannie Nkosi has denied having captured Tshwane Municipality Chief Financial Officer Gareth Mnisi for tenders. Responding to Madlanga Commission Evidence Leader Advocate Mathew Chaskalson, Nkosi said that he and Mnisi just have a close relationship.
