Mozambican President elect, Daniel Chapo is ready to lead the electoral reform process in Maputo. He says over the last few days it has become clear that reforms is needed. Mozambique was plunged into a political turmoil after the Constitutional Council validated the 9th October election results. But the opposition leader, Venancio Mondlane rejected the results, saying they were rigged.
