A twenty-four year-old-rape suspect is under police guard in Tonga hospital after being beaten by community members for allegedly raping two six year old girls. It is alleged that the two girls would be raped during the day by the suspect when there is no one at home. The rape was happening continuously with the man giving the children R5 to shut them up. Police say two suspects are expected to appear in the George Magistrates court today in connection with the murder of alleged underworld kingpin, Mark Lifman. The 57 year old was gunned down at the Garden Route Mall in George on Sunday. He was scheduled to appear in the High Court in Cape Town a day later, on a number of charges including the murder of steroid smuggler, Brian Wainstein.
