Israel has accused South Africa of exploiting the Genocide Convention. Israel's deputy attorney general for international law Gilad Noam says Israel has complied with the International Court of Justice's measure that were  imposed on Israel in February and March. Israel is presenting its oral argument at the International Court of Justice in The Hague. Noam accused South Africa of distorting the facts of the war in Gaza. Yesterday South Africa demanded the International Court of Justice (ICJ) to impose a unilateral ceasefire order on Israel.
