Gauteng's Organised Crime Unit, Sergeant Fannie Nkosi says he is the one who inquired about his brother's company tender compliance status with Tshwane Municipality Chief Financial Officer Gareth Mnisi. Responding to Madlanga Commission Evidence Leader Advocate Mathew Chaskalson, Nkosi says it is then that Mnisi asked for his brother's company vendor number.
