Music mogul Sean "Diddy" Combs, could still face up to 20 years in prison after a split decision by the jury acquitted him on three of the most serious charges he faced, while convicting him on two. Diddy was found guilty on two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution, but was acquitted on the racketeering conspiracy charge, which carries a penalty of life in prison, and two counts of sex trafficking which carried penalties of 15 years to life in prison each. Day 10 of the TRC Cases public hearings today hear the testimony of two individuals related to Afrikaner Interest group Afriforum. Kallie Kriel , CEO of Afrifirum has asked the Khampepe commission of Inquiry to ensure that the principle of equality before the law is restored by focusing not only on the prosecuted members of the armed forces, but also on all those who have failed to apply for  or obtain amnesty,  including the so-called ANC 37.
