The Madlanga Commission has heard that IDAC Head Advocate Andrea Johnson never saw the alleged classified Crime Intelligence documents reportedly delivered to Mr. Adams' office. Johnson told the commission she relied only on Adams' sworn statement describing the documents, which he said were pushed under his office door. She also admitted she did not refer the matter to another authority for investigation, despite commissioners questioning whether the alleged possession of intelligence documents should have been reported.
